Overview:

Shifts will be a combination of 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm . Weekends and Holidays will be required. About 32 hours per week. Prior Marriott/ Opera Experience preferred.

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local attractions
- Manage reservations and ensure all guest information is up to date
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Operate phone systems, transfer calls, and take messages accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Skills:

- Experience in guest services or hotel management preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Strong guest relations skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
