We're offering an exceptional opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to contribute to medium-voltage infrastructure projects in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in:

• Designing medium-voltage (2.4kV – 35kV) infrastructure for federal or port facilities
• Specification of switchgear, transformers, and related medium-voltage equipment
• Underground distribution system design and shore power design
• Specification and coordination of protective relaying and SCADA systems

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power and Energy Systems
• Registered Professional Engineer license
• Previous federal (NAVFAC) or Ports experience preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code, Washington State Energy Code, and Unified Facilities Criteria

Duties include:

• Conducting field surveys and preparing site assessment reports
• Generating electrical schematic designs
• Managing multiple projects and providing mentorship to design engineers
• Independently preparing proposals for clients and fostering business development
• Reviewing RFI's, equipment submittals, and conducting punch walks
