Delaware Northwest Veterinary Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) Near Delaware, OH
Busy local practice is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR). We are looking for an energetic and empathetic addition to our family friendly practice with strong computer and phone skills and an emphasis on teamwork, organization, ingenuity and detail management. At DNVC we believe very firmly in a good work-family life balance. We have created our work schedule to reduce late nights and weekends away from family while providing the best care possible for our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments while maintaining a friendly and kind demeanor
- Processing Invoices, payments and returns through our veterinary practice software.
- Processing some pharmacy requests through our online pharmacy
- Communicating with Doctor and staff regarding client questions and concerns.
- Basic cleaning and sanitizing of office space as part of closing duties.
- Strong Computer skills required.
Schedule:
4 days per week with 1 weekday off- approximately 32-36 hours per week.
Clinic Hours:
Monday 7:45 am-6pm
Tuesday-Thursay 7:50am-5pm
Friday 8:50am-5pm
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred) strong candidates without experience may be considered.
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
