Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a Chef concierge. This person will be responsible for daily supervision of the Concierge Team. Sets training plan for newly hired concierge and manage scheduling. Maintains relationships with local businesses and maintains a preferred list of recommended vendors for hotel guests. The role requires excellent verbal communication, Strong organizational and multitasking skills. The person must enjoy guest interaction and have the ability to provide gracious and anticipatory service following all resort standards. The role involves meeting guests and communicating with various departments within the resort.

The responsibilities of the Chef Concierge include:

• Act as the main point of contact before the guest's stay, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Arranging dinner reservations, activities on and off property, travel arrangements, and any additional guest requests to ensure a memorable stay
• Logging guest requests and following up to confirm all arrangements
• Assisting guest reception agents as necessary
• Maintaining a knowledge of Cape Cod and Familiarity with local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
• Communicating any special guest requests to appropriate departments

Experience: A college degree and previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
