DeCoty Coffee Company is looking for a reliable and precise professional to help us properly maintain our payable information. We are seeking an experienced candidate with good organizational, analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities will include verifying accuracy of all bills incurred by the Company, verifying proper authorization for expenditures, processing invoices for timely payment, ensuring proper coding, taking discounts when possible and preparing reports as required by the Director of Accounting. Duties at times will include answering a multi-line phone, greeting customers and handling Coffee Shop transactions. The candidate should have the ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel, Word and Outlook and be proficient on a 10-key adding machine.
The candidate will be required to take a pre-employment drug screen and physical exam. The candidate must have a valid Texas Driver's License.
