Overview:
DECORZ, a leading retail general contractor specializing in flooring, kitchen, and bath remodels, is looking for a dynamic Outside Multifamily Sales Manager to join our team in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in multifamily sales and a robust book of business to bring along. As a part of Leasure Group, LLC, which owns entities such as National Ceramic Tile & Stone (NCTS), Capitol City Stucco (CCS), DECORZ Flooring, Kitchen & Bath, and Full Service Scaffolding (FSS), we offer an exceptional platform for growth and success in the real estate and construction industry.

Purpose:
To maximize sales effectiveness by engaging property managers and companies, promoting premium flooring, kitchen, and bath solutions for multifamily housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract and retain multifamily housing contracts.
• Conduct daily outreach to property managers and management companies, developing strong professional relationships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value of DECORZ products.
• Manage customer relationships through effective use of CRM software, ensuring a high rate of client retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure proposal accuracy and appeal.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the multifamily or related industry, with a strong existing book of business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Must report directly to the General Manager and align activities with overarching company strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,627.00 - $75,643.00 per year
