Who we are:
At Deals on Wheels, we help Montana families move forward. Without reliable transportation, holding a job, transporting children to medical appointments, or advancing family needs in many other tangible ways becomes impossible. We are passionate about providing vehicles to hard-working Montana families who are otherwise ineligible for traditional auto loans.
This initiative has been very well-received. Over the past 24 years, we have helped thousands of families in the Missoula area, and four years ago, we began expanding across the state to assist thousands more. Currently, we operate five locations throughout Montana. As our family of customers continues to grow and expand across the State, we are looking for a passionate A-player to join our high performing Customer Care team.
Mission: To act as the company’s “warm handshake” when communicating with customers experiencing issues with their vehicles. Communicate with high levels of empathy and professionalism to ensure the customer feels heard and understood after explaining their situation. Strive to provide exceptional customer service, speaking as their fellow Montanan who is confident we can assist them. Establish and maintain relationships with automotive repair vendors across the State of Montana to provide viable options for customer repairs. Recommend vendors for customers and provide warranty and repair solutions based on reported vehicle issues by leveraging a thorough understanding of individual repair shop strengths and weaknesses, historical repair timelines, and proximity to the customer. Maintain effective communication with vendors and provide updates to specific departments, customers, and personnel as needed. Approve, dispute, and deny incoming repair quotes after reviewing repair details and pricing. Communicate necessary repairs, costs, and coverages to customers. Underwrite financing for customers to complete repairs outside of warranty coverage. Constantly drive win-win solutions for our customers, our vendors, and our business.
Provide support to the insurance and claims department, file lien-holding notification paperwork weekly, communicate with insurance companies and customers with open claims, and update software with insurance notifications.
