Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
