Position Summary

This position works under minimal supervision and works primarily on Poject Management with electrical lighting and gear. Works closely with electricians, supplers and sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Must have experience Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
• Quality control & Project closeout
• Ability to prepare detailed Submittal & changes, as the design evolves
• Must have knowledge and understanding to maintain current releationships
• Must have excellent customer service
• Ability to understand and negotiate electrical work is a plus.
• Solution oriented, problem solver with a team-oriented attitude

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree a plus or equivalent required related experience
• 3 years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Project Management

• Must meet attendance standards and comply with late/absence notification procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,846.70 - $78,094.95 per year
