This is a direct-hire full-time position.
Salary: $80 – 120k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
- General Contract and Subcontract administration
- Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
- Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
- Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
- Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
- Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
- Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations
- Review and negotiate change order proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
- Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Quality control & Project closeout
- Prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
Requirements:
- 6 years of electrical experience in commercial construction / commercial service project management
- Accubid and Accubid change order experience preferred
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Bluebeam & Navis experience are a plus
- Must have a valid Driver's License (unrestricted)
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Teamwork focused mindset
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
- Leadership abilities to communicate and influence others
- Positive attitude in the face of adversity
