- Supports the rental business through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Participates in Agile projects as the voice of the business colleagues and customers, providing business perspective on day-to-day development and project delivery
- Develops technology visions through ongoing troubleshooting, functionality, and administration
- Manages existing information systems and oversees configuration, implementation, and user acceptance of new/enhanced modules or hardware
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Highly collaborative - able to liaise between the business and IT
- Technical aptitude, servant-style leader with effective communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic and data-driven decisions
