Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

1. Lead a dedicated team of IT professionals, overseeing network administrators, security analysts, and support technicians.
2. Manage all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, networks, and databases.
3. Identify technical requirements and recommend solutions to optimize our technology stack.
4. Facilitate seamless communication and implementation of company-wide technology updates.
5. Proactively manage system performance, identifying constraints, and implementing optimizations for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
6. Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of systems, adhering to industry best practices.

Security and Compliance:

1. Evaluate and ensure adherence to federal technology requirements for security.
2. Stay abreast of the latest security standards and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate potential risks.

Vendor Management:

1. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operation of outsourced IT services, such as cloud hosting and software licensing.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in IT.
2. Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years effectively managing IT operations.
3. Strong expertise in system administration.
4. Familiarity with security compliance requirements and project management methodologies.
5. Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
6. Proven problem-solving abilities and adeptness at troubleshooting complex technical issues.
7. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
8. Must be able to work on-site.

Preferred Knowledge & Certifications:

1. Multiple IT certifications such as Security , CYSA , CISSP, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, etc.
2. Knowledge of ITIL, NIST, CMMC, ITAR, and other relevant frameworks and regulations.
