What does the RN role entail?

• Full Time - base schedule of 3 days and minimum of 30 hours a week

• Rotating Schedule will be a minimum of 3 days a week to include rotating Saturday’s with occasional Sunday's based on holidays

• Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm

• Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day

• Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs

• Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like?

• At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience

• Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal

• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan

• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs

• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
