Human Resources Assistant
Shift timing: Mon-Fri10-3 Some flexibility
Assignment Location: 358 Hamburg Tpke. Wayne, 07470
Break (unpaid)
Be onsite to assist with open hours office coverage, phones, and walk-ins
Address Tier 1 inquiries that come in via phone, Outlook inboxes, and walk-ins for Recruiting, HCM, and payroll inquiries
Escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues timely and to the correct person
Assist with mail merges and mailing letters
Assist with the administrative aspect of the HR
Other office duties and projects as needed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.37 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Wayne, NJ 07470: Relocate before starting work (Required)
