Human Resources Assistant
Shift timing: Mon-Fri 10-3 Some flexibility

Job Description:-

• Be onsite to assist with open hours office coverage, phones, and walk-ins
• Address Tier 1 inquiries that come in via phone, Outlook inboxes, and walk-ins for Recruiting, HCM, and payroll inquiries
• Escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues timely and to the correct person
• Assist with mail merges and mailing letters
• Assist with the administrative aspect of the HR
• Other office duties and projects as needed
