As a Program Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical knowledge and support in developing and evaluating the fellowship program, including establishing processes and procedures and maintaining files.
  • Producing various detailed reports for use by upper management.
  • Evaluating, developing, and implementing the fellowship program, including the maintenance of files and documents; assessing processes and procedures and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Analyzing, developing, and implementing new recruiting processes and a variety of training programs.
  • Developing and implementing new recruiting processes.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the program to ensure it is meeting the organization's overall objectives.
  • Promoting the fellowship program to educational institutions, universities, and candidates.
  • Conducting meetings and training staff on various aspects of the fellowship program.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Bethesda, MD 20894: Relocate before starting work (Required)
