We are looking for a first-ever skilled and passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in the Amsterdam office. Having 500,000 auditors across the globe using our tool daily, we constantly work on product improvements and leverage the opportunities to scale further. In this role, you will lead development of our AI enabled product features and contribute to building and scaling data analysis to support our rapid growth.

What you will do:

• Design and implement end-to-end production grade ML solutions: take ownership of deploying ML models, pipelines, and infrastructure
• Harness AI and a comprehensive range of ML libraries and frameworks to automate, maintain and improve how we implement our AI solutions
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and various development teams to align our ML solutions with the business goals and user needs
• Contribute to the advancement of ML/AI knowledge: engage in research and development activities to stay ahead of the latest ML/AI advancements and apply them to enhance our product offering

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a ML Engineer 
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with ML frameworks and some the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Git
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data manipulation, analysis and pre-processing
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining server architectures at scale
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Passionate about high-quality coding standards and testing of code
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
• A collaborative approach, being open to helping team members
• Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
