Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is Hiring a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst Near Lebanon, NH

Overview

The HRIS Analyst delivers excellent support for all HR systems across the Dartmouth Health system. They are responsible for creating and delivering end user training, managing system tables and being the first line of support for questions and data requests while maintaining knowledge bases and call logs. They provide primary support for all standard and adhoc reporting requests for all HR systems as needed. For this position, HR functional knowledge is required across selected solutions.

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week, fully-remote benefitted position. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of end user training of all types including but not limited to end users and internal HR application users. Training can include user guides, FAQ’s, cheat sheet documents as well as 1-1 situational training based on urgent user needs such as personal webex support for an issue.
  • Manage the knowledge base which supplies others information as part of the end user support model.
  • Functional knowledge of selected applications to allow for business support of processes, forms, and best practice as developing and maintaining applications and support needs
  • Develop and implement procedures to manage daily phone and email support looking for areas to improve support services.
  • Produce standard schedule reports for end users as requested
  • Create and produce adhoc reports for end users as requested using software for that tools and/or excel based on the specify requirements being requested. Utilize the assistance of the Sr HRIS Analyst if needed. Determine if the requestor is authorized to receive the information and/or request approval from Sr Management if necessary.
  • Assists with the implementation, upgrade or other necessary areas of any HR Systems product by providing data validation, creating support documents and tools and assisting in testing. Develop on-going maintenance processes for all tools.
  • Manage data quality through operational tasks such as license verification and/or audit reporting across all applications
  • Prepares statistical summaries and reports from HRIS involving payroll information, performance management and any other employee data.
  • Performance maintenance or act as a backup on ALL HR systems core set up tables as trained by Sr HRIS Analysts. This could include security, department tables, feeds, etc
  • Assist with data loads as needed
  • Coordinates user access requests for any HR application that requires manual setup and review of request such as Trendata, Halogen, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years related experience required.
    • Prior experience in PeopleSoft preferred with consideration regarding other HR Systems experience
    • Experience with enterprise application data administration, setup, and testing preferred.
    • Basic understanding of end user support through personal interaction and training
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
    • Solid understanding of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
