Job Duties
- First point of contact to customers and visitors via phone and in person
- Assist with various administrative task in the office including filing, collecting payments, making copies and other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience and enjoy working with people
- Demonstrated job stability
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
- Hourly wage $10.50
- Must be okay with working 1pm to 5pm at least 3 days a week
