Account Executive
This is a full-time Sales Account Executive role. The role is home/office hybrid, with a territory located in Litchfield, IL, and the surrounding area. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for meeting with clients, identifying their needs, and developing solutions that meet those needs. They will be responsible for managing accounts, heavy lead generation, communication, relationship building, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Conduct warm and cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients
- Provide technical sales support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent warm calling skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated business development skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
