**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries - Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO - Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects - Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including logistics and catering - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary - Maintain confidential information with utmost integrity - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing notes **Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Experience with event planning and coordination - Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor - Familiarity with DocuSign for document management - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks - Familiarity with phone systems and handling executive-level calls - Experience in project coordination and multitasking This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain valuable experience in executive support functions, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
