Spine & Rehab Specialists is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our clinics running smoothly and efficiently.
We are a small, but growing, locally owned Physical Therapy Company with approximately 40 employees that has been I business for over 25 years. We offer many learning opportunities and room for growth. We are committed to creating an inclusive culture, where all employees feel welcome and valued.
Duties Include:
- Bill-pay and tracking of bills and expenses, compiling expense reports, complete QuickBooks entries and maintain communication with outside vendors.
- Compiling/organizing all information needed for payroll.
- Gathering company statistics for management
- Communicating with staff regarding all company benefits
- Manage information systems operations with outside IT company.
- Ordering of office and therapy supplies
- Maintaining compliance with outside agencies
- Learn basic operations of a Physical Therapy company, especially Basic Front Desk functions to assist in orientation for new hires.
Required skills include:
