Overview:

D&B Engineers and Architects (D&B) is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Word Processor. This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative team of experienced engineers, architects, scientists and other professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Type and proofread proposals, specifications, reports and correspondence using company-dictated formats. Some graphic placement.
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including providing support to our managers and employees, and assisting in daily office needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Professional.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking; well organized and detail oriented.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On site position only

Salary Range:

$53,000 to $58,000, depending on experience.
