Position Summary:

We are in search of a motivated individual to join our team as a Management Analyst I/II in support of the Navy. This position is ideal for you if you are looking to gain more experience in program support, can be organized and have an eye for details, and are interested in process improvements to efficiently support the Navy’s mission.

Primary work location is Suffolk, VA. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance with the DOD is required at time of hire.
• Management Analyst I requires 3 years of practical experience in supporting DoD; Management Analyst II requires 7 years of practical experience in supporting DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Technical Field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project… etc.
• Prefer a candidate with a certification in ITIL Foundations V4, Scrum Master Certified, or SAFe Agile certified.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

General Duties or Experience:

• Provide project management support to the DEVSECOPS Center of Excellence (DCE).
• Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle and developing, implementing, managing and/or assessing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience as an agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization of actions.
• Experience with Agile software project management tools including ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of budget tracking and management and program management best practices within a DON and USMC setting.
• Ability to support a product owner with addressing product backlogs.
• Ability to proactively solve problems, address challenges, and offer comprehensive solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
