Job Description: 

We are seeking a Telephonic/Print Device Asset Manager

Responsibilities include:

·Asset Accountability of Cell Phones, Smart Phones, Iridium Satellite Phone, Land Line Phones, Multi-function Devices (MFD), Multi-function Printers (MFP), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Non-Networked Printers, and peripheral devices.

·Reconcile Monthly reports, usage, and activity reports.

·Maintaining a trouble ticket log for tracking.

·Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests.

·Maintain a real-time inventory of all assets and conduct bi-annual inventories off all Fleet and Shore assets.

Here's what you need:

·Working knowledge of use and employment of all assets

·Microsoft Office

·PC Operations and Technology

·Customer service

·Four (4) years of asset management

Bonus points if you have:

·4 Years Experience supporting and managing US Navy telecom/print assets.

·Supporting US Navy personnel

Security Clearance:

·Active Secret Clearance in DISS required

Education:

·Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.

Work Schedule:

·Onsite, US Naval Air Station, North Island, CA
