Business Development Rep-Remediation

Position Overview: The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving sales for the organizations remediation projects. This individual will be responsible for creating leads, generating new business opportunities, and securing new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and secure meetings with new prospects to discuss remediation/restoration services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively grow the organizations remediation business, including Fire, Water, Restoration, Mold, Smoke, Dry out, with a focus on Commercial Businesses
• Develop relationships with potential customers to generate new business opportunities
• Negotiate and close deals with new prospects
• Accurately forecast sales and report weekly updates to the management team

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of business development and sales experience
• Knowledge of remediation services, such as Fire, Water, Restoration, Mold, Smoke, Dry out, and Commercial services
• Strong track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
