Account Manager

We are a market leader in the production of automated assembly and stampings. a Tier II supplier of systems, parts, and aftermarket goods to the automobile sector. Its primary business segments are heat shields, ride control, seats, exhaust components, noise, vibration, and harness (NVH), chassis and structural parts, and window regulators.

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing sales activities and relationships with automotive stamping clients, as well as providing strategic direction to ensure customer satisfaction and financial success.

$100-$130,000/year base salary, plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed the sales goals for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers on pricing, scheduling, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss progress, identify customer needs, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 10 years of sales experience in the automotive stamping industry.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
