- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
- Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory

- Experience in Marketing
- Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers

- Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
- Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
- Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Gallatin, TN
Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 Per Year

About Jeannie Gregory’s Agency: Jeannie takes pride in our community and currently serves as a member of the Gallatin Chamber Foundation BOD, Chair of Gallatin’s Economic Development Association, and volunteer representative for Rock the Street, Wall Street. When she’s not talking about insurance, Jeannie enjoys traveling, pretending to be a gourmet cook, reading WWII-era fiction, and spending time with her granddaughters Emmy and Lilly.
