This includes establishing relationships via calls, visits, events and organizations; recommending services; creating value for the client; selling services for grounds and snow services; work with operations to ensure client satisfaction; prepare proposals and client presentations; meet established sales goalsPosition can be commission or base plus commission depending on experienceQualificationsExperience should include 4 years of related exp. commercial property preferred; strong communication, persuasive and problem solving ability; ability to prioritize and manage work load; excellent selling and negotiation skills.Additional InformationCutting Edge offers its employees an excellent place to work.
