We offer contemporary food menus along with a large Gluten-Free, Vegan & Vegetarian menus. Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an HR & Payroll Generalist for 30-40 hours a week. The HR & Payroll Generalist will manage the entire HR and Payroll process at our Company. 60% of the work is payroll related and 40% is HR related.We are looking for direct hires. Recruiters and Temp Agencies, please don't contact us.JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resource/Payroll Generalist will develop, plans and implements Human Resource strategies, objectives and plans for the facilityThis position is accountable for general operations of human resources, payroll and benefits in compliance with federal and state laws and regulationsThis role is part of the leadership team at the facility leadership and staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismThe Generalist will institute a program to track training across all our locationsThe Generalist will be responsible for running bi-weekly payroll for all of our locationsThe Generalist will be responsible to train store managers on HR best practicesThe Generalist will develop and facilitate on-boarding and training for new staffDevelops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnelProvides a comprehensive “one stop” HR delivery of servicesImplements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation programDevelops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures in conjunction with our HR AttorneyEstablishes and maintains departmental records and reports. Participates in staff meetings and attends other internal meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directoryEvaluates reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goalsRecommends new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performedQualificationsBachelors degree or 3-5 years of experience in human resources, benefits, bookkeeping and payrollKnowledge of HRIS systemsKnowledge of the healthcare industryProvides internal consulting services related to all talent management areas (hiring, performance management, and separation) and including labor/employee relationsMust possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, government agencies/personnel and the general public.Must possess the ability to examine and verify payroll documents and reports. Must be able to prepare payroll reports and other records in a systematic, neat, and legible manner. Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) PreferredFour year degree in Human Resources or related field in healthcare PreferredMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skillsPayroll: 3 years. We use Paychex. Expertise in purchase is a mustQuickbooks: 3 yearsAdditional InformationREQUIRED SKILLSHave excellent communication and organization skillsHave financial & excel skills; modeling, P&L, Budgeting, ForecastingReading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
