WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide continuity and urgent care to a panel of patients.
• Plan, organize, direct and be responsible for the overall operation of our flagship clinic.
• Supervise and support the professional development of medical staff, including chart review, organize CME opportunities, conduct meetings and provide training on clinical topics, policies, and procedures.
• Oversees quality improvement and quality management.
• May be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve quality, cost, and outcomes.
• Provide clinical consultation and serve as clinical/strategic advisor to enhance clinical operations.
• Identifies and develops opportunities for innovation to increase effectiveness and quality.

• You are eager to provide an amazing customer service experience with a high level of attention to our patients' needs
• You enjoys working in a nimble, startup environment, where you may occasionally be asked to work in nontraditional roles
• You are previous experience as a team or project leader, with a strong desire to constantly improve our clinical offering

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 3-5 years post-residency experience in a primary care setting
• At ease learning and adapting to new technologies
• Familiar with venture-backed startups and processes (hiring, product management, OKRs)

COMPENSATION:

• Completive Annual Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 USD
