We're adding to our team at Kaldi's, and we're looking for people who can offer real, consistent availability. If you want steady hours and a team that relies on you, this is the spot. A minimum of 3 shifts per week and weekend availability required.
What the Role Is
You're the first face people see and the reason their coffee's right. You'll prepare drinks and food to spec, run the register, keep the café clean and stocked, and help create the kind of experience that makes people come back.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Team player, coachable, takes feedback well
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Available for at least 3 shifts per week
- Weekend availability required
- Available during café hours (6am–6pm) — no nights
