Kaldi's Coffee is looking for a full-time commissary Team Member. We are looking for candidates who believe that a great guest experience begins with quality ingredients prepared with pride. We are looking for people who are passionate about baking and focused on the quality of their work to join our expanding production. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year's experience baking in a café, commissary, or bakery setting.
Commissary duties include prepping and baking, packing orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the commissary. The commissary is a fast-paced, high volume production facility with minimal guest contact. Candidates must be comfortable working in this environment.
Requirements:
- Previous bakery experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure while managing multiple demanding priorities simultaneously.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Able to perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Work cooperatively with other team members and maintain a positive attitude.
- Full-time Team Members should be able to work 5 days a week. Start times can be flexible.
