We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated customer service team. In this pivotal role, you'll be managing both our in-office team and coordinating with our overseas team to ensure seamless support operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives both locally and internationally.

- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for breaks, lunches, and peak call times.

- Provide support to the office manager, assisting with administrative tasks and team coordination.
