We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated customer service team. In this pivotal role, you'll be managing both our in-office team and coordinating with our overseas team to ensure seamless support operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives both locally and internationally.

- Handle the de-escalation of situations with dissatisfied customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and efficiency.

- Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for breaks, lunches, and peak call times.

- Take an active role in customer service by handling calls and responding to emails, setting a high standard for the team.

- Delegate tasks effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.

- Provide support to the office manager, assisting with administrative tasks and team coordination.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a call center environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across different time zones.
