We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This is your chance to build and own our brand's growth strategy, from crafting killer content to igniting employee engagement. A passionate, seasoned B2B marketing pro with experience driving results across various channels.

This position will be reporting to the VP of Product Marketing in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Increase brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers.
• Oversee targeted campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing).
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with other teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes to track key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and insights, leverage market analysis and intent data to inform strategies.
• Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional success.
• Collaborate with international teams on a weekly basis.
• Conceive and execute conferences, trade fairs, and online events.
• Manage and create campaigns, social media activities, brochures, presentations, and conferences.
• Collaborate with online teams to develop and maintain website/online content.
• Manage the marketing components of projects involving diverse teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business administration, marketing or communications or related field.
• Experience in industrial/high-tech products.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Experience in developing B2B marketing / communication plans and campaigns.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, image editing programs and web and content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and networking ability.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
