Sr. PC Business Development Specialist

What You'll Do: As a Sr. PC Business Development Specialist you will partner with the Shared Services teams and Business Center Directors to identify and develop solutions for key opportunities to profitably grow the PC business. Examples include:

• Develop and help to implement market opportunities for new coverages, products, and services such as telematics and IoT programs.

• Develop benchmarks and performance metrics including tracking, monitoring results and implementing changes for new and existing programs.

• Support and/or initiate growth and profitability analysis of PC business operations ensuring consistent execution of the operational components of our business leading to increased operational efficiencies, improved client/member service retention, profitability, and growth of our PC businesses.

• Understand product and consumer trends to ensure current products remain viable in the market.

• Identify and understand PC market segment needs and competitive trends.

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate relationships with business units, marketing, sales, IT and other areas as needed.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree or equivalent plus six years of relevant experience.
• Underwriting/claims/insurance experience preferred.
• Two years of experience with direct oversight of management or participation in key organizational initiatives preferred.
• Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities to achieve corporate and business unit goals.
• Oral and written communication skills.
