Responsibilities:- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Calls, emails, and online platforms can be used to proactively discover and reach out to potential prospects.
- Engage leads to learn about their real estate needs, timeframe, and budget.
- Determine whether leads are qualified and prepared to continue the buying or selling process.
- Set up meetings with eligible leads for consultations, listing presentations, and property viewings.
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
