Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellence. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, are detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
· Resolve customer complaints and issues related to damages, order discrepancies, and other customer concerns
· Follow up with customers on outstanding orders and provide updates on order status
· Communicate with sales teams and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
· Update customer records and track orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
· Identify and report on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to management
· Collaborate with other CSRs and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Qualifications and Skills:
· 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
· Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· High school diploma or equivalent required
