We are looking for 2-3 customer service representatives to start immediately. Paid training will be provided. We look forward to potentially working with you!
Job Description:
- Intake and recording of orders of medical equipment
- Communicating with customers via phone call on questions or concerns regarding products and services
Important Qualities & Skills:
- Trainable and attentive, team player-
- Good communicator, able to promptly report issues to team manager when necessary-
- Able to operate Microsoft programs such as Excel
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 AM TO 5:30 PM
