Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the construction team

- Payroll processing

- Vendor Billing

- Employee insurance administration

- Accounts payable

- Customer Invoicing

- Assist with order entry and tracking

- Manage and organize construction documents, including filing and archiving

- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks

- Use Excel and Microsoft Office to create and edit documents and spreadsheets

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Experience with order entry and tracking systems

- Ability to transcribe and type accurately and efficiently

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong administrative skills, including file management and organization

- Coachable

- Self starter and responsible individual taking initiative without constant supervision. They can be trusted to complete tasks efficiently and effectively on their own.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
