This is a team leader position and the first level of leadership. In this position you will lead a global team completing vital work to onboard our new colleagues. For the purposes of this job onboarding is defined as from the time an offer is made to the new colleague’s first day.
This position is located in the Americas. The team is located in each region- Americas, Europe, and APAC.
This is an operations leadership position coordinating and leading daily team activities while spending a portion of your time performing the work. Although the team works within established guidelines, processes, and procedures, there is added complexity that hiring in each country is slightly different. The leader must ensure compliant and effective processes are followed. To be successful you must demonstrate attention to detail, a sense of urgency along with a high-level of teamwork, service, and agility.
