Crunch Fitness Charleston is Hiring an Area Manager Near Charleston, SC
Crunch Fitness is looking for a highly motivated Area Manager to oversee one to three locations!
Responsibilities:
- Maximize productivity and profitability in the region
- Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational structure and guidelines
- Ensure quality consistency across the region
- Provide continual training and development for staff
- Increase standards of customer service
- Report to VP of Operations on progress and issues
- Manage outside marketing, inventory and P&L reporting
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
- Strongly self-motivated
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
- Experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training and Membership Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
