The Area Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing in-house technicians and external contractors as it relates to the repairs/upkeep of retail convenience store property/equipment. This position monitors the GPS system to ensure the in-house tech is efficient in routing and responding to calls, following up on external vendors, entering tickets and dispatching maintenance issues in absence of the dispatcher and being available to recieve emergency calls from the field 24/7.
Occasional travel to retail sites in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan is required for this position.
