The Maintenance Tech, under the supervision of the management team, is responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance of all equipment assigned to Plant Operations and Maintenance.
What you will do in this role:
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current South Carolina driver license.
Education: High school diploma/GED.
Experience: Mechanic must also have proven technical experience and skills in troubleshooting control circuits, mechanical equipment, ability to read controls schematics, manuals, etc., and the ability to diagnose and repair those more technical problems that occur with controls, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, or plumbing. Two (2) to four (4) years’ skilled experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, to include electrical, air conditioning and plumbing training, in a hospital, hotel, or manufacturing plant preferred.
Special qualifications: Ability to read and follow prints, diagrams, manufacturer’s directions and recommendations.
