Respond to general telephone/email/mail inquiries. Be able to deal with a high volume of incoming calls. Type correspondence. Assist with special projects as needed. Experience with catering and logistics of planning large events.

• Effectively and efficiently assist with proposal writing & pricing
• Assist with sending/receiving design contracts and payments/deposits
• Keep other departments informed with timely detailed event contracts, accurate and updated information
• Attend client meetings and site visits to venues as needed with the sales manager
• Help manage client databases
• Obtain a good knowledge of our décor props and catering options
• Have a good understanding of general event logistics
• Work on-site during set up as needed

• Customer Service experience 1 year~
• Microsoft office experience required
• Multitasking and planning proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on-site in events as needed
• Food service experience is a plus
