Edley's Bar-B-Que is Hiring a Catering Lead Near Nashville, TN
LEAD CATERING DELIVERY & EVENT SOULSTER (PT/FT) $25/HR TIPS
Edley’s Bar-B-Que provides catering for a variety of events in the Nashville and surrounding areas from weddings to private parties, corporate meetings, and festivals. The Lead Catering Delivery & Event Team Member is responsible for coordinating and executing logistical decisions, making drop off catering deliveries, basic vehicle maintenance, supplies inventory and maintenance, as well as transporting, setting up, managing and serving at full-service events.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver catering orders
- Transport and set-up at events
- Serve at events (buffets & cocktail service)
- Communicate and supervise with on-site event team
- Respond to customer requests on-site and communicate with Coordinators
- Complete basic vehicle maintenance and inventory
- Live “southern soul” in each guest interaction

Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate larger vans
- Professional appearance
- Provide basic vehicle maintenance including: gasoline, oil changes, tire rotations, organizing and cleaning cargo areas and should communicate any additional or immediate vehicular needs with management.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with restaurant and on-site teams
- Open Availability including nights and weekends
- Knowledgeable or ability to learn Edley’s Bar-B-Que menu
- Sense of urgency to respond to and meet customer needs
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed expectations
- Live in the Middle Tennessee area and travel to event locations in the region
