JOB DESCRIPTION

The mission of the Service Business Development Center is to maximize and support 100% of all inbound and outbound service opportunities. This position requires individual with excellent people skills.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide top quality, direct customer service
• Cover inbound calls promptly and with enthusiasm.
• Work multiple phone lines
• Schedule appointments for service department.
• Update customer’s address, phone, and email 100% of the time
• Make outbound calls to schedule Toyota Care, Recall, & SOP.
• Communication with advisors concerning customer needs, etc.
• Arrange pick ups and drop offs for Touchless Service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must have excellent people skills.
• Must be organized and efficient.
• Must have working knowledge of computers.
• Must maintain a positive approach toward helping customers
• Must recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction
• Must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
