The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for an excellent Director of Human Resources to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers!
Essential Functions:
- Must be abe to read, write, speak, and understand the english language
- responsible to manage and direct the new hire and onboarding process for the Skilled Nursing Facility
- Manage and Coordinate the application, disiplinary, and evaluation processes as well as completing necessary paperwork
- maintain updated emplloyee files, including necessary screenings, and ensure all papers are properly flled out and inputted into HRSM systems
- Assist the team and Administratior in implementing retention and recruitment goals and strategies
