Office Administrative Assistant

Reports to:Executive Assistant

This position is a part time position in our back office, averaging 20-25 hours per a week. Job responsibilities would include collating and distributing mail, managing accounts, invoicing, and performing bookkeeping roles such as answering phone calls, filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. Our ideal candidate is someone who has an upbeat attitude, good attendance, excellent organizational skills, great time management and attention to detail, is good at communicating and collaborating! Preferably experienced on software like Quickbooks Desktop and/or computer savvy! This position has a lot of potential for growth within the company, consider joining our team!
