The Junior Account Manager will have responsibility for daily management of account(s) operations to ensure efficient position management and excellent customer service is provided. He/she will ensure maximum productivity of all their facilities whilst maintaining optimal rapport with all client contacts, at the health care organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Effective position management, including the use of systems and VMS technology. Ensuring that position management practices produce accurate performance metrics data ie: fill rates, time to fill, and renewal rates.
* Act as liaison between recruiters, internal team members and facilities
* Assist in follow up on candidate presentations as directed by Account Manager.
* Audit Open Positions and ensure that positions are up to date and accurate.
* Understand the needs of the facility and match appropriate candidates to their open positions
* Communicate outcomes of submission status and negotiate with internal and external clients
* Proactively call facilities to add and update information, including but not limited to: position needs, renewals, orientation information
* Daily contact with all facilities following up on all pending submissions, extensions, and performance.
* Documents and communicates in a timely manner.
* Reports issues/concerns, as well as recommendations for improvement to appropriate team leaders
* Knows all Healthcare Staffing Industry (benefits and features) as well as operational processes for travel services
* Communicates and escalates all facility concerns
* As requested, participate in meetings to develop, and deliver presentations, operational calls and meetings
* Works with Account Manager associate team to ensure timely and accurate updates of position and facility information
* Collaborates with Compliance Coordinator(s) to ensure 100% credential compliance of all Health Care Professionals assigned to facilities.
* Communicates and participates in regular meetings with Account Managers and Leadership to help plan and develop strategies for effective position management and excellent customer service.
* Represent and support the business initiatives of Cross Country Staffing internally and externally
* Service all internal and external customers in a positive manner at all times.
* Provide appropriate team coverage (i.e. backup) when necessary
* Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical setting including medical, allied or nursing, or staffing industry
* Prior management and operations experience strongly preferred

* Previous Experience utilizing Vender Management Systems is helpful
